ls swap

ok... here goes... I have a 97 civic dx.... intake and catback are the only performance mods... and i want to get an ls motor... here are my questions.... do i need to do any extra wiring to go from the dx motor to the ls motor??? and do i need to do any custom exhaust work to get the pipes to line up????
