From his recent preformance in the last rally, he seems lost the torch and looked tire and lack of determination from the inside car camera.
Do you think he will retire after this year?
And will Marcus break tommi's record on the number of champsion?

Doubt it, too many younger drivers are showing their speed, and the "old" ones, like Carlos, are not giving up either. Although only time will tell.

It is likely, he has hinted at it but made nothing official as yet.
I have heard Subaru are talking to Burns to replace him if he does retire....but that could also just be rumor and speculation.

Tommi certainly remains an option as Petter's teammate, he has built a strong relationship with him and the rest of the team. At this stage our strategy for next year is not confirmed. Once we have a clear idea of the objectives, then we'll look to get the remaining drivers in place.
Tommi remains an option, whatever that means.
To stay, or not to stay, that's the question.
Personally I don't think he continues next year.

It really seems up in the air at this point; he certainly is discouraged though. I think he's starting to realize he may be past his prime and can't compete w/ the newer drivers. However, I think he'll stay on at least one more season. Let's hope so
