does anybody know where i can get a bigger throttle body and how to clean it

Try a local wrecking yard, they may have something off a DET engine.Not certain that would fit, but!Or a Tuning shop in you area.
Clean your T/B with a CLEAN rag and some warm soapy water-no fuel or solvents as I'm pretty sure there's a film on the T/B wall and butterfly to smooth the surface:)
