sunroof blowing my clock & locks fuse

Recently my sunroof, elec locks, & clock stopped working. The fuse for the locks & clock was blown, so I replaced it...it worked for about 2 minutes and went out again. I replaced the fuse again and tried the sunroof, it worked only momentarily and then blew the same fuse out again. I tried disconnecting & reconnecting the battery which didn't seem to help either...any ideas??? Not sure if these things need to be done in a particular order, but I tried them all. Please help!
