'97 Voyager...After a front end low speed collision, I have no flashers at all. No arrow display on IP either. (hazards won't work either) Air bags DID deploy. Checked bulbs...all working and flasher lights (running lights) illuminate when headlights are turned on. Checked wiring harness best I could so far. Replaced flasher module. Brake lights working also. Please help...getting too cold to stick my arm out of the window to signal

Fuse? Check 10 amp fuse #12 and 20 amp fuse #19. Both power the flasher module. Have a meter and know how to use it? Check for 12vdc at contacts #6 and #1 at the flasher module socket.

Fuses all check good and replaced module. This problem has gotten much worse. First blew engine control fuse...replaced. Now along with the flashers, no IP lights, no radio, no door locks, no dome lights, no wipers. Although the wipers will come on by themselves for one cycle or less, even with the ignition off. The headlights will only come on if the dim/bright switch is forced to the forward position. Brake lights are still working. Fuses still check good. Thanx again for your help. I'm desperate.

You should have stayed in bed.

Everything not working is related to the CCD data bus and the Body Control Module (BCM) that drives it. You could try a simple trick. Pull the IOD fuse in the under hood fuse box (PDC) for a few minutes. This will reset the bus. Fuse may have blown. Still down? Disconnect the negative battery cable for an hour.

High beam headlights and brake lights don't use the data bus.

That got my radio working only. After a hour long trip thru a snow storm without wipers, the wipers came on by themselves. 10 seconds later the engine stopped. A check under the hood showed that the engine control fuse had blown again. Replaced with another 20a fuse. Engine still won't start...cranks fine but no fire. Could this be a ground issue? Or a bad multifunction switch on the column? The washer works when button is depressed. Also the other night, we noticed an intermittent spark on the outside of the distributor cap....any related issues here? Car is now stuck in a store parking lot, and its 12 degrees out. Thanx again.
