Ugly Steering Wheel

So I know this probly sounds stupid, but i'm thinking about buying a 88 s10 and if I do the first thing that i'm going to want to do is change that steering wheel. I mean I dont think GM could have came up with a more boring and honestly ugly steering wheel if they tried. I guess what i'm trying to ask is how hard is it to change the steering wheel, and can i get one thats decent looking ha. Also that instrument cluster isnt too good looking either, any ideas how to make it a little better without breaking the bank?

Ya im planning on it... its my friends grandpas truck at i saw it and now i have to have it, so ya you could call it love at first sight haha. And ya i know an 88 s10 yall probly think im a lil :screwy: but for some reason i gotta have this truck. That steering wheel tho, i saw it and :banghead: what was gm thinking? The truck itself is dirt cheap, i just would like a different steering wheel and i have no clue how much it would cost to replace it. O, and i just have a love for 80s trucks anyway, i used to cruise around the farm with a 86 ranger and a 80 something propane dakota, time for an s10 ha
