I bought a crap DVD copy of Gundam X
it was described with a picture of G-GUNDAM labelled GUNDAM X
(ASSHOLE i didn't notice this till later)

it was sooooo poor i sent it back it had horizontal coloured lines it had horrible sound quality and sucked HARD

guy reckons it was broken during transit
HE HASN'T REFUND

i left negative feedback

i forgot that i can get insurance because if he's telling the truth i can claim compensation up to £30
I ask him to send item back
he doesn't respond instead he retaliates because he doesn't give feedback so he can screw you over if you complain about his ABSOLUTE SHIT merchandise

i think he's a fucking liar and he's making me wait till its too late and i can't do anything about it

I notified EBAY of fraud i did a squaretrade thing but i'm not paying $20 fucking bucks to have my BAD FEEDBACK REMOVED thats absurd. They must have a mediator to remove feedback, if both parties have to agree then what use is a mediator its a way of making money at someone else's expense and loss

some protection that is for consumers that you have to pay for it

EBAY says that i should file a claim with my Credit Card company for online fraud. I think i might just do that.

i know how you feel man, i bought a paintball gun on ebay and i get some crap that is all rusted away, didn't get a refund or anything for it, guy wouldn't respond. it was definetly a screw job from the beginning. eBay needs to come up with some better way of protecting us from sh*t like this:angryfire :swear: :banghead:

I understand you're furstrated NSX, but that was far too many pictures at once. There are some people that have slower systems and you are bogging them down.

I got my Initial D off ebay...only place until they release it here with the gay name and music changes(i think they cancelled that though). It was decent quality but I got what I paid for...you have to remember that with ebay. If it's too cheap, it's too good to be true. Especially with rare shit like Gundam X. Was it actually a DVD copy or was it a CDR?

I'll look out for that guy next time I go anime hunting.

Was the disk made by manga international? The only DVD copies of Gundam X that have english subtitles come from Hong Kong. There usuially made in somebodys basement or garage. When you get HK DVDs you really dont know what quality your getting.

I have a Gundam X Hk DVD set. The masters were obiously betamax, the sound is very loud and distororted on the first two DVDs. The subtitles have occasonal typos, occasonaly run off the screen, occasonaly are fuzzy and occasonaly dont last long engough.

But guess what, I only paied $45 for the whole thing including shipping, I didnt expect much.

I hear you i'm pissed cause i ordered a skyline R32 model from ebay cheap as hell 14 USD total but i'm a goof an expected it not to be shipped by boat i'm going to have to keep waiting! but thats my own fault you just got jipted sorry man that sux.

Gundam Expo
The Copy of Gundam X was not Manga Inc it was Anime something. Abismal quality - as if recorded from TV onto VHS then copied to DVD (POOR QUALITY VHS at that)

Terrible quality i have Manga Inc's Copy of Gundam X its much better than the other even if the sound isn't that fantastic etc etc.

I'd love to get hold of some genuine copies of Gundam - all of them

with decent subtitles but it'll cost a fortune.
