vacuum at oil filler tube

Hi All,
I have a 2005 Bonneville with the 3.8L engine with about 92000 miles. Seems to run fine. However when I remove the oil filler cap a vacuum is present(big sucking sound), especially when the cap is first removed and the engine speed slows momentarily. Any help would be appreciated.
