this can be a worn distributor bearing . remove cap check rotor for a wobble. if the rotor wobbles buy a new distributor.
THESE DISTRIBUTORS GO LIKE THIS 175k TO 225k MILES.
setting the timing is a little tricky.

Ok I installed a new cap and rotor. now i see the rotor rubbing against the cap

I've had similar issue. It is not just the rotor and the cap. It is the whole distributor shaft, and the little bushing bearings on it. It sounds like a major issue to change, but it really isn't, and isn't too expensive either.
My bearings were worn pretty bad, causing the plugs to fire as much as 10 degrees off...randomly!
Let us know the progress. Good luck. And be careful, as with this change you will most likely feel a large increase in available power.

good now buy a new distributor ....make sure you follow the manual on install...or have a repair shop do it.

Thanks new distributor fixed everything!!! this truck haven't had this much power in years
