ok, i did a search for this thread but go nada. I'm looking to upgrade my rotors but have heard only little between the two (slotted drilled vs cross slotted drilled). I've heard Brembo is the only way to go, but not too sure about the subject. I wanted to hear some advice from my fellow enthusiasts. Which do you think i should go with??

Brembo blanks are the way to go. Slotted or drilled is just for looks.

I heard that cross-drilled rotors tend to crack, dont know if the Brembo cross-drilled rotors crack, but heard most of other brands do so. Slotted rotors are definetly better than regular ones due to faster heat desepation. It also deppends on your driving style. If you are really really agressive driver, you should go with brembo oversized cross-drilled/slotted rotors. If you just like street racing and thats about it, just get POWERSLOT slotted rotors, which are available at custommaxima.com and other several sites. Its up to you.

the cross drilled ones that crack are the ones that are the same size as stock. i havent heard of any probs iwth the big brake kits from brembo tho. they actually do help keep the pads and rotors a lil cooler, but ya should jus go with the blanks like Lord said, they will do the same job
