clutch shrudder

my 1996 honda accord exr shrudder and vibrates when I release the clutch. it's very loud and annoying. its seems to get better when driving for awhile. but still there a bit. I can rev my engine to 3000 rpm and slowly release my clutch to smooth it out. But i hate reving my motor that high all the time. any solutions?

I am going out on a limb here, so try to take the dust sheld off the tranny, it is on the lower front side of the tranny were it bolts to the motor. Anyway take this off and see if anything falls out and put your fingers in there and see if you feel anything loose laying on the bottom, be sure to do this when the motor is cool and not hot b/c yoou will ge burned. I fstuff that looks like some kind of composite disk material falls out the you need a new clutch now and it cannot wait. Does the car shake or anything or does it just make a funny noise. And have you or anybody been releasing the clutch really fast or anything? We need a little more info, to better understand what is wrong.
