GSR or not

Okay, dumb question time:
I was quickly flipping through Auto Hunter and I found someone selling a '99 Integra, but didn't list what model. It features leather and a V-TEC, so does that automatically make it a GSR? If I'm not mistaken LS, GS and RS models don't come stock with a V-TEC.

I could be wrong but i think the they made a gs or rs 4 door vtec version of the integra but it pumped out less hp then the vtec used on the gsr's. I have seen one b4 but it could just be a sticker but nwys I have only seen one like it so I'm sure the one your lookin at is a gsr.:bloated:

No such thing as an RS or GS w/ VTEC.

It could be an LS/VTEC, with the LS bottom end and the VTEC head. The best way to determine is get the VIN and do a free lemon check or whatever the free one is. It will tell you what the car is and what year and model.

u are correct tho, check up on the VIN number an that'll tell u the truth. but ls/gs/se didn' come w/ VTEC.

Ask, if its a stock motor than yeah its a GSR, he may have put a VTEC head on an LS Bottom end, so it would have VTEC, but its a GS or LS. if it has leather seats, I would guess its a GSR. 98 or 99 and up GSRs came standard with leather seats.
