ok halo...on the dash that shows your doors being open and trunk open....my trunk indicator never worked after my OEM spoiler was installed. so if my trunk is open i dont know until i look back there.
i would like to know if this is because they turned off the main brake light in the middle of the rear window...anyone know how it is connected? i dont see any cut lines there and all fuses are fine. thank you!

Open the back seat access to the trunk, and check if the trunk light is on. If on, then you need to check the sensor contact inside the trunk locking mechanism. Disconnect the eletrical wiring, remove the three screws holding it in place, and pull it out. Play around with it, locking and unlocking, by pressing a screw driver in the middle. Make sure that the roller is not making any contact with the flat metal lever when locked. Hope this helps.
