Flasher wiring

My front turn/hazard lights are not working, they're not getting any power. The rear ones flash very fast. I changed some burnt lamps but still no good. The lamps have 2 filaments, the parking section does get power.
It's the combination flasher the problem?
Where online can I get a couple of schematics or wiring diagrams for a 98 buick century?
