...I currently don't have the internet at home, and my college is the opposite of Self's...no chatting or messaging allowed. It's a computer college and they need the bandwith or something.

Just whenever. I just did it spur of the moment the other night because I was extremely bored, lol. But usually they'll probably take place late at night, like after 12 or 1am EST.
