my friend has a 94 corba he thinks its fast.
the car is a dog and he dont know how to drive a stick.
and this other guy who just got a steade mustang its super charged,
and it a dog also.
when i tell my friend his 94 is a dog he gets mad

the 5.0 must have been driven by a granny. I had an 89 hatch with gears , exhaust, and 150 of gas and on drag radials hit low 12s at over 115. Simple but effective. Too bad it takes gas for the coveted 5.0 to keep up with an SS.

haha its modded but not much, pretty basic mods, exhaust, headers, k&N filters, ported plenum, ac delete.

I have not take my Camaro through a quarter mile run yet. I plan on doing so very soon. I hope to see mine in the low 11's or high 10's. :smile:

my friend has a 98Z28 with a few minor mods, he put 4.11's in and some slicks ran it at the track BOOM there went his dif/driveshaft/tranny

I'm not running a stock driveshaft. Its a racing driveshaft. Quartermaster is the name of it.

i got a island empire driveshaft from summit for a bout400 $ and you

thats bull crap your 89 stang could never hit low 12s with gears and exhaust,

you can if you gut the hell out of it with drag suspension and no cats etc.. i've seen it done

well mine ran it. 150 of gas, 410 gears, long tubes, 3200 stall. It was a trunk car and yes it was light. I am not downing the LS1s at all, I love the lastest SSs, they are flat out balling. If you would have read carefully, my statement was that it is too bad it takes gas for a 5.0 car to run with an LS1 car. dont hate

a stock drive shaft is ok,i ran 11'90 on my 87 iroz with a stock drive shaft several times.

You can't hate Mustangs. They came first and outlasted Camaros. I've owned a mustang, and I wish I still owned it. But I sold it to buy my current car, which I wouldn't take back. I appreciate almost all makes and models of sports cars. Well at least the ones with a V8 in them. But if we all thought this way there wouldn't be any ford vs chevy arguements. I love reading about that shit. It's funny because a lot of them have never owned or driven the other before. Sometimes they don't even own a chevy or ford. Oh well everybody needs an opinion. So speak them without putting your foot in your mouth.
