Thanks for the update. One thing I saw in that bulletin, right after front safety belt buckle, was windshield replacement.
Does this mean a person with a 1990 Civic 4d or hatch can get a windshield replaced at the dealer's expense?
Also, can you find out if this same windshield problem is listed for the 1991 cars?

well u can search the site cause that's just for the 90 hb standard

Looks like they fixed the windshield problems by the time the 1991 year models came out, they aren't on the list after 1990. Not as a safety item, anyway.

Can I just show up at any honda dealership and get the stuff on the list replaced/fixed for free etc? Does it matter that I'm not the original owner etc?

I've heard they have to fix seat belt problems for free. Maybe they have to fix safety-related recalls, and the rest are just service bulletins..

they will only fix safety related items such as seatbelts ... I had to have em work on my auto belts one time cause one didnt come back when I shut the door ... the track was all fucked up
