Newbie looking for info on customizing a model..help?

Hi...I do not often come through these boards...I am at work and don't often have the time to get away with it!
Since you all are avid collectors and modellers...does anyone know where I could get custom wheels or rims for a die-cast model? Does anyone make 'aftermarket' rim styles to add to 1:18 scale models?
I have a Passat Variant (wagon) model in black like my car, and I painted the roofrack and mirrors chrome to match my W8 in real life. I am trying to get an exact model of my rear car. I even pained on the "W8" insignias on the back and front of the car.
The only things I'm missing is some way to either buy or have made a set of Momo rims like mine, and some way to make the right-side dual exhaust tips (the model was based on a V6, with left-side exhaust only).
Anybody have any contacts, sellers, or instructions on how I may be able to do this?
