Hello guys
OK last night I was painting the fujimi merc e220, the windows rims to be exact with black tamiya enamel then it spill to the door side. I use the tamiya enamel thinner to wipe it out and the weirdest thing happen! the thinner also wipe out the Tamiya TS color! So it just leave the the body to base grey color!!!.
I don't use primer for that car also.
Anyone tried it yet?
Can anyone explain?!???
Tomorrow I want to paint it first roughly with enamel color then I dip it into a jar full of tamiya enamel thinner see what happen next.

Tamiya enamel thinner might contain elements of lacquer thinner in it, or the TS spray didn't adhere well enough to the bare plastic. I wouldn't recommend dipping the entire body into enamenl thinner, it might melt. So exercise caution, and do some careful testing :)
