temp gage not working...help!

ok i made sure the 2 wires were on good and i even put the sensor from my old block on there an the gage doesnt move , is there only one sensor?

YEs there is only one sensor that is on the head. Check to see if its on there tight enough, sometimes it can come loose or be corroded a bit.

Also make sure the wires around the plug are not cracked, exposed, etc.
