I'm not sure what it is for a 91 1.6 but you might want to check the underside of the hood. Mine has a white honda label with tons of info etc on it.

i checked and it said 1.1 mm, that doesn't sound right cuz my filler gauge dont go that high. Does that seem right?

The pre-gapped ones are often actually off anyways, always check them before throwing them in, it only takes a few seconds.

maybe your gapper is in inches and not mm if so just follow the 0.041 or whatever is listed.

my gapper has both mm and inches..

it's in mm, it's an old filler gauge that has like 5 or 6 brass strips that you hold together or something.

the service manual from honda says 1.0-1.1mm or 0.039-0.043in.

when you screw them in trq them to 18nm or 13ft-lbs

do yourself a huge favor and go to the local parts place and buy yourself a $.99 spark plug gaper. leave it in your tool box and you'll never have to worry about it again
