Tail light harness swap?

I have a '98 Ram 3500 with the factory tow package & 7 pin RV system. It's working fine, but after a couple rewiring jobs, it's getting kind of raggedy looking. Can anyone offer advice on what stock harness (1/2 ton, 3/4 ton. 1 ton, anything else? maybe Durango?) would swap over? I'd like a 'Plug & Play' fix on this as I have to replace the bed, and would like to get the harness fixed while the bed is off.
I can do the rewire if I have to, but need the color codes & pin out assignments if anyone has that?
Thanks

I super agree with your plug-n-play wire replacement. You notice all the cars burned up on the side of the road between Christmas and New Year?
Yup, cut-n-tape wiring jobs on those Christmas present radios.

You might write down the colors on your wires then check the boneyards for a 1994-2002, 3500-2500-1500 w/trailer tow package.
