No Start Dakota

Daughters truck 97 Dodge Dakota 4x4 Sport with 5.2l she was driving down the road and it just quit on her and would not start. I have spark at the coil and at the plug. Installed new plugs (needed bad) and have fuel on plugs but it will not hit a lick. I can hear/feel fuel pump running.
What else could it be? And how to check it. Crank sensor has to be good or no spark, right? Is there a way to test the PCM? Appreciate the help.

Handyd, have you fixed it yet. Usually if it won't run or start but has fuel and fire it is a timing problem.
