96 accord cooling fan not turning off

Got back from an hour n half rode trip and noticed my cooling fan wasn't shutting off. I know it usually stays on for a bit afterwards so I waited awhile to see if it would shit off and after 2 hours it was still running? Any ideas what it could be, what needs to be replaced, and if it's going to be a pricey project?

Maybe an issue with fan relay or relay control?

The radiator fan relay should be in the underhood fuse box. Can you check for applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.
