looking for a better engine

hey u all im looking for a better engine for my 87 crx si. been looking every were and cant find one that will even come close to fitting in it with out cutting the whole car apart. basically what im looking for is a engine that i can just change mounts on an dpop it in and of corse have to change trany on it im sure. if u all know of any engines after market or not spoons maybe hell i dont know and know were i can find them it whould be great. and i whould put my engine i have now up for sell. dirt cheap . ive found a web site that sells the enigne from jap. cuz they have some law about have to change yoru eninge every 50k or some thing. have no clue what will fit at all.

hey do any o f u know how much most body shops whould charge to put on a body kit, z3 finder insertsa hood scoop.and side scoops. and sand down the whole car primer then paint it with a pearl white or atleast a pearl coat colar of some type. cuz i really dont want to get screwed here. we have lots o fbody shops and not alot of ricers that ppl get punked out. and i want it done faster then me doing it my self.

You should see my current project. I am currently putting a 460 Ford into a 78 CVCC. Yes, it's being converted to rear drive and will most likely have a full tilt front clip.

It's not the first time I've done something off the wall. Take a look at this RX7 and you'd never know it had a Buick GN engine and trans.

You couls drop a motor out of an 87 integra right in,I don't even think you have to change the mounts.This swap would give you about 26 more horsepower. Depending on how much you have to spend you could put a B16 in it.I know a guy who put one in an 88 integra ,this motor would make your car very fast.
As for the body kit,why don't you just keep it stock looking and put some rims on it,spend the body kit money on good suspension .You may not pick up as many chicks with a sleeper but when it comes to driving the car you'll be alot happier with the right suspension , wheel and tire package and the power to back it up.

well c man im doing the full job on it and wanting every thing i can do to be known so i can pick out my ideas. i droping about 15000 into it in the next year. so u know the body kit comes cuz i need it put on and hideen body lines befor ei paint it. the engine how ever is getting all the treat mest it gets a compleat custom job on it befor eit even is close to the car. basically i want the car to not feal liek tis worthy of the engine hehe. i want some snap liek driveing a v8 hehe. my freind was liek ehy drop a viper motor in it. i was like r u stupid. he thinks all motors r lie same size
