fuel pump relay

Where in the hell is the fuel pump relay on a 1990 civic sedan? I've looked and looked and can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

The main relay is up above the hood latch handle and behind a plastic panel. You should still be able to see it, the panel doesn't completely cover it up.
