Hey there
I want to know what can I do to my 95 Honda Civic to beat out those 03 Mustangs and those beautiful American made cars. Everything is stock right now and I am willing to do anything to help my car achieve the maximum horsepower. Please give me any answer no matter how expensive or how crazy the idea... if it can be done please pass it on.

the list you can do is almost infinite. And getting a civic to beat out a 'stang is actually not that big of a feat.
For starters, you'd want a I/H/E (Intake, Header, Exhaust). Then probably a better engine, though there are definately some hoss SOHCs. From there, there's limitless possibilities. For instance, do you want to be naturally aspirated? or go the forced induction route? if you decide FI, do you want a turbo or supercharger? racing cams, underdrive pulleys, fuel rails, fuel management systems, ECUs, lightened flywheels, racing clutches, short throw shifters, suspension systems, ignition systems, nitrous in all its various methods of delivery... there's so much you can do. But the best thing you can do is just hang out here, learn some stuff, figure out what you want out of your car (other than to go fast), and learn what everything involves. Be an educated racer, so after you whoop the 'stangs and they want to know what you've got under the hood, you can wow them with both the car AND the knowledge.
It's your car, not ours. We love to give advice and praise when its due, and flames when those are due too. But in the end you need to put on your car what you think will be the best for it and you as its pilot.

Why just Mustangs? Why not Corvettes or Ferraris?

What engine can fit into a civic? Would you recommend a B18C?
