Things to watch out for 300zx

I was wondering what some of the common issues with the 300zx? Once i've paid my student loans off I should have enough to get something worthwhile and i've always loved the 300zx and for some reason the lotus elise.... but I digress what are some of the problems/problem areas on these cars?
