Front brake noise

Hi, I just noticed that when I apply the brakes after driving for a while that the brakes make a "clunk.clunk,clunk,clunk"noise and when coming to a stop there is also this squeaking noise I just purchased it and the dealer had already "fixed" the brakes from pulsating. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Don't mess with it if the dealer fixed it the first time than he should fix it the second time for free! It sounds like they did something wrong causing your noise. All GM dealerships give you a 12 month 12 thousand mile wrranty on all work performed.
