2000 Camry stalling problem.

I have been experiencing stalling problems on my 2000 Camry for the last year and a half. At random, while at a stop sign or red light, it will just stall. I have to turn the ignition to start it again. A couple times it stalled while making a turn. Sometimes while at a red light, at low rpm, I can feel some sputter, and have to keep my foot on the pedal to keep the engine running. There were a couple instances where it wouldn't start at first, and I had to wait to few minutes for it to be able to start. I have consulted mechanics about this before, and so far I have tried the following the fix the problem:
--had technicians check all power connections
--replaced crank sensor
--had IAC valve cleaned, then replaced IAC after cleaning didn't work
After replacing the IAC, I began to speculate the problem could be related to the fuel system. Before deciding to spend a lot more money, I bought fuel system cleaner & fuel injection cleaner and put from a parts store and poured them in the tank. That didn't work either.
One thing I to to note is that there are certain intersections where the stalling has occurred more than twice. It is as if the car sits at an ideal angle at those intersections for the stalling to occur.
Based off this information, what course of action would you recommend I try next? Any ideas would be appreciated.

To better diagnose the problem we need to have more information about your vehicle:
1. Mileage?
2. How many cylinders?
For starters I would pay attention to the spark plugs. On mine 2004 Camry the owners manual recommends replacing them at 150,000 miles since I have iridium plugs.
I would also clean the throttle body and seafoam the intake.

117,000 miles; 4 cylinders.

1. See if there are any codes stored in the ECM.
2. Test the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor. Resistance should be around 2 kOhms with the engine cold and around 0.3 kOhms at operating temperature.
3. Check your fuel pressure at the rail.
4. Test ignition coils (may be bad even if test shows good resistance).
Secondary resistances:
Cold 9.7 – 16.7 kOhms
Hot 12.4 – 19.6 kOhms
