Accord 2.0 1994 dont spark

hi everybody
i remove engine out chassis
after, your friend made key ON
I turn distributor by hand but dont see sparking
i dont know why.
according to the principle to key on and turn distributor have to spark

i have a question, to sparking in engine, do we have to connect all jack or only connec distributor's jack (two jack)
