Fujimi Signal GTR BNR32 21st century information?

Is anyone familiar with this kit at all? I obtained it a few weeks ago and haven't been able to find it, or any info on it anywhere online. Is it rare or something?

While this particular version is not readily available, the kit itself is not much different from any run of the mill Fujimi R32 GT-R kit. Only the decal and wheel set is different.
