no you can't do it in a civic with a engine swap,turbo and a 100 shot NOOOOOOSSSS!!! until they do it in super street!

I have done it in my car while it is raining, in a Publix parking lot, with 2 fat people in the back seat... and using the e-brake. Wait... I guess that would be labeled at "Genaric Drifting".

you can drift in a fwd without using the ebrake, just takes a little more skill. AWD can drift too, just requires more money to get the more power to the rear wheels
