Air conditioner problem in 1995 Lesabre

I have a 1995 leasbre and I am having problems with the A/C. On the left side of the vehicle the A/C works fine it comes out nice and cool, however on the right side of the vehicle it only spits out hot air no matter what I do. I heard this was some vacuum part that was messing it up, does anyone have an idea?

Do you have single zone or dual zone? Dual zone has the passenger control on the right side door panel. Do the lights light up on the switch? Open your glovebox and in the back of the box are 2 rubber stops move them out of the way the glovebox will fall open fully. Now move the temp switch full hot to full cold watch the actuator move the door. I have seen several times the switch was disconnected and tons of times the actuator was burnt out or the rod fell off.
