Civics are typically good cars, but throw a turbo charger on it and a bunch of mods, that reliability may become subject. Not to mention someone had to time this thing which may or may not be a good tune. Is this a second car to play around with? If your handy with a wrench and have extra funds to deal with replacement parts and possible problems...go for it. Certainly a good price condidering the mods. If your on a tight budget, not mechanically inclined, I say find yourself a nice unmodded vehicle for a reliable daily driver, if that is its purpose.
