Saturn Ion 2007 wont start

I have a Saturn Ion 2007 that wont start. I only hear clicks. I took out the battery and took it to Advanced Auto and it tested good. Im thinking maybe the starter. If it is the ignition switch, where is that and can i replace it myself. OBTW where is the starter on the vehicle? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you make sure the battery terminals and electrical connections were clean and tight? The starter is usually accessed from the bottom of the engine compartment and would be the next suspect.
