Does anyone know what is RAL code of blue Gulf paint?

That depends really on what year/team you're looking for. The orginal Gulf racing blue was RAL 6027. Since then it has varied by team and paint manufacturer based.

I'm building a Ducati 900SS and wanted to do something unusual.

I really like the shade of blue Gulf so I immediately fell to my liking.
The best will be a shade of Porsche 917 alboo Ford GT40.

RAL 6027 will get you as close to the 917 and GT40 as you are going to get.
