Nightmare engine swap 03 Envoy 4.2 4X4, double checked, triple checked all connections, fuses, swapped all sensors. No pulse at injector harness.
Does have spark and it will run on starting fluid.
??????????????
Old engine ran that we removed, it had a hole in the side of the block spewing oil.
:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: :banghead::banghead::banghead:
Any ideas?

The PCM 1 fuse in the underhood fuse box powers the injectors (#28) Does it have power? The PCM grounds each injector as needed. Sure there is fuel pressure?

Thanks for the suggestions:
Yes the fuse is good and has power with the key on, and yes we have fuel pressure.

So maybe we somehow broke the the power wire from the pcm to the injectors?

The PCM only supplies the ground, the power comes from the fuse box. Check the connector to the injector harness, terminal "A" pink wire, for 12v with the key on.
Also, make sure ALL grounds were reconnected. It's possible one was missed,

OK
With the key on the harness leading to the injectors has different color wires.
They do not match the colors listed. Looking at the manual, A is green, and shows ground, B has 5 volts, C shows ground, D is purple and shows 1.6 volts, E is supposed to be empty but shows 12 volts, F shows 12 volts, G shows 5 volts, and H shows ground.

Still no luck, called a gm tech friend he suggested disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together. That cleared all of the lights on the dash but still no start. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

You need to confirm 12v at the injector itself as mentioned and with a factory manual at hand work back from there.
