Need help, Trumpeter GT40 & KA Models Detail kit

I purchased the Trumpeter GT40 and the KA Models Detail kit about a year ago. Never opened either box. Now that I have, it appears that I am missing some pages from the KA Detail kit instructions. Can someone help me out and email me a copy of the instructions? I attempted to contact KA by email but haven't gotten a respose
