1997 Daewoo Cielo seat belt removal

Hi guys,

I have a 1997 daewoo cielo and my seatbelts don't retract anymore no matter what I do so I have opted to remove them. But I can't seem to figure out how to remove them and what tools i will need so help is required pics would be great too.
