Car charger not working

My cigarette lighter works but my car charger doesn't. I tried 2 different ones.

Are you sure they're not USB Bluetooth chargers or dicky car chargers? I've been through a couple and they didn't work because of the bad wiring and solder in them.

Its certainly one you use in a cigarette lighter. My first one worked ok then stopped for no reason. I bought a new one and it didn't work at all. I didn't know there were blue tooth car chargers. At this point I'm thinking it's a crap charger.
