Drove the truck one week ago today and it ran perfectly fine. Drove it last night for about 20 minutes - ran fine. Drove it again today just 1 minute up the road - ran fine. Started it again this evening and drove it 5 minutes down the road - ran fine. Stopped and put gas in it - now it's not fine. After putting gas in it it refused to start but will turn over. Put a booster pack on it and it will start but would only stay running with the gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor, as soon as you took it off it dies. Now it will not stay running even with the gas pushed all the way down.
Any ideas?

Checked all connections, wires and cleaned terminals.
Disconnected temp sensor and it seems to run fine, although it did stall when idling one time when we went to move it. Started it again while holding the gas pedal down and was able to drive it home (approximately 5 minutes). Parked in the driveway and it idled fine.
Going to replace the temp sensor and see what happens.

if after you put fuel in it it will not run this is contaminated fuel[water] or you ran it so low on fuel the fuel pump is cooked.
so If you had the fuel down to empty and then added some fuel this is possible. many have had this happen.
GET A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE AND MEASURE FOR THE CORRECT PRESSURE.

if the ECT was open [no signal] the fuel to the engine would be set to a very large amount. with fuel injection this sensor must be accurate. wiring must be secure/connector. -40 deg f is what the PCM/ECM would be seeing as the engine temp. these sensors go bad after 10 tears mostly.
