H23a head swap!! ? need help

I just got a good deal on a h22a vtec HEAD and i just wanted to know what other parts do i need to mount it on my h23 non-vtec engine. Also, what kind of gains am i looking at in doing this swap? ups & downs , Thanks for any help!!!:confused:

well I did the math and you will only gain about 9 hp more than just having the h22a which is in the range of 199hp. seeing how the h23 only has somewhere in the range of 160hp putting the h22a head on the h23 block should give you 39 hp which will increase as you place more mods on the engine.

I am interested in doing the same but I don't know how complicated of a procedure it is.
