2000 vw jetta vr6 has spark and gas, still no starting.

I have a 2000 jetta vr6 i just replaced the motor in now it wont start. I found a vacuum line that goes to the evap system but i cant find where it goes and i cant find any diagrams for it. Any help? Please?
