Hi guys,

i just finished this very old kit from the 70's. It's an Airfix Ariel Arrow. I got two of these kits from a friend of my father. I could keep one if I build the other for him, so I build it exactly like his bike he owned a few years ago.

Paint is Porsche Creme white with a mixed up gold paint.

The detail wasn't very good, but I was suprised by the pretty good fittment. I've seen modern AMT kits that are much worser. I like the overall result and I think the new owner will like it also :D

That has come out very well. Its nice to see these old kits being built. Usually they are passed over for the latest offerings.

I have never seen one of these built before. I'm not surprised there isn't much detail, it's a very old kit now, but you've done a great job and the colour scheme really works. I'm tempted to try and find one of these kits now.

That is a nice build, I like the colours you chose. Did not know this kit existed, have to do some research now. What scale is it?

Thanks mate. The scale is 1/16. A common scale for motorbikes nany years ago.

If someone is searching for this kit. I have another one still factory sealed from the early 80's if i remember correctly.
