hydraulic clutch

Do you remove the clutch master cylinder from the engine side of firewall? If so, it appears I need to remove the brake master cylinder and booster to be able to see what I'm doing.

Also, if the slave cylinder has a bleeder valve, how do you bleed it if the slave cylinder is inside the bell-housing? thanks
