A/C blowing Hot air

I have an 05 Accord .. turned the a/c on for the first time a week or so ago and I have no cold air .. so, I figure it needs charged. I know they have charge bottles now that any DIY can use... SO, I figure I'll get one and try it .. the directions are very simple, its idiot proof.. So, I plugged the hose up to the car on the Low line as directed and the pressure gauge on the can I have (A/C PRO Brand) SHOT up to the RED level about 115-125 PSI.... It says NOT to charge the system into the RED which starts at 55PSI .... So, I disconnect the bottle..

I did notice the Condensor does not seem to be engaging... when I started the car, turned the air on FULL Power before beginning this process, it seemed to pull the motor down a bit, so I assumed the condenser kicked on... apparently not .... I cannot find a blown fuse or anything for the condenser (how many could there be??) ... The directions on the can DID say, if the condenser is not engaged to fill about 1/2 the can into the system to see if it engages .... BUT.. I'm already at 115PSI... SHOULD I DO THAT?? ---

I guess I am looking to see if there is a way to test this somehow or if I am missing a fuse somewhere for the condenser...

thanks in advance for any help!!

Jon
