Well...I was building my focus until the paint wrinkled up and the car is now sittin in brake fluid to strip. so to break the time while i am waitin for that to strip from like 9 coats of paint I decided i would paint my skyline model, it is in a gunmetal color. I kno that there are a lot of gunmetal skylines but it suits the car so well. Here are the pix

The focus is kinda fixed now :smile: so this one will probably go on hold until i get my carbon fiber decalsa from SAS

Coming on nice, but not sure I like the ride height, It a bit low at the front for me on a skyline.

No but i always put as much of the body together as i can before i paint it cuz then there isn't as much single piece to paint

Looking good. I think the ride height is too low in the front though. And...um...slicks on a street car? Are you going to add racing decals or what?

I am gonna have some racing decals, It is gonna be like a 1/4 mile racer...I was gonna put a blitz decal i had on the intercooler but stupid me ripped it so i can't do it anymore :mad:

coming along very nicely...
one thing i have to add is that the rims don't really suit it....
but that is just my opinion.
i would suggest Advan Model 5 , Advan RG's
but i have seen some with Volks TE-37

If ya have some for me i will gladly put them on, but all my rims are the fujimi kind and i dont feel like doin that female to male conversion
