envoy xl mechanic work

hey okay so i have a 2004 envoy xl that i am looking to sell. the problem is there are a few things wrong with it. so my questions are, are much would it cost to totally fix the brakes, suspension, and power steering. and what is a good price to sell that car if i sell it "as is" and dont fix those three issues.

Are you serious here, what does totally fix these components entail, how do we know what the extent of the repairs are?
