'93 OE foglight question....

I have a '93 Accord w/ the factory foglights. I hate it when I flip on my highbeams and the foglights turn off. Also, the lowbeams have to be ON to turn ON the foglights. Is there a way I can re-wire my foglights so that it doesn't turn off when flipping the highbeam or need the lowbeam to work? thanks guys............
